Hey Everyone, how is your November going?
Gearing up for the holidays?
I sure am with all the Fall flavors that I have been sharing here on Life's Little Sweets!
Do you know what dish or dishes you are bringing to Thanksgiving?
Or are you making everything yourself?

This Brownie Bottom Marbled Strawberry Cheesecake would be a lovely dessert to grace the dessert table.
It tastes lovely with fresh coffee or tea.
It is sweet and fruity with a delicious strawberry aroma when served warm.

I purchased Smucker's Fruit & Honey Triple Berry Fruit Spread and Smucker's Fruit & Honey Strawberry Fruit Spread from Walmart to try out. For this Marbled Strawberry Cheesecake Brownie Bars, I used the Strawberry flavor.

Smucker's Fruit & Honey Fruit Spread is naturally sweetened with honey which I love because of the subtle and deliciously sweet flavor.

You can find Smucker's Fruit & Honey Fruit Spread in the jam section at Walmart and it comes in all these flavors: Triple Berry, Strawberry, Blueberry Lemon, Strawberry Jalapeno, and Concord Grape.

Here is a list of ingredients needed for Brownie Bottom Marbled Strawberry Cheesecake:

This recipe is a combination of two of my recipes: these Brownies and Mixed Berry Cheesecake.

The trickiest thing about this Brownie Bottom Marbled Strawberry Cheesecake recipe is the baking time. Since it is such a large amount of batter and in a large pan, it needs time to cook through. I suggest baking in a 350 degrees F preheated oven for a total time of 70 mins. Everyone’s individual oven’s baking times may vary slightly. Rotate the 13″ x 9″ 2″ inch baking pan 90 degrees halfway through. Look for some browning around the edges when it’s done. The middle might be slightly jiggly when you remove it from the oven. Allow to cool to room temperature and then transfer to the refrigerator to firm up overnight (at least 3-4+ hours in the refrigerator).
I included some step-by-step pictures to show you how this fun and pretty dessert comes together.
Optional: You could drizzle this with Homemade Chocolate Shell for serving

Corrected! Thank you for letting me know!
Rosalee says
Do you bake the brownie mix together with the cheecsecake portion?
Sara says
The brownie layer is spread evenly first and then the cheesecake layer is spread evenly over that and then they are baked together - does that answer your question? Let me know if there's anything else I need to clarify 🙂
Rosalee says
Yesss thank you sooo much ☺️☺️
Mel says
Are the strawberries baked in or added after?
Sara says
Hi Mel, I added them before the whole dish went into the oven, if you wanted to add them after you could do that too. Hope that helps!

My cheesecake is dark brown on top..Edges look almost burnt. I followed the recipe and turned it 1/2 way through baking. Don’t think I can take it to my church luncheon tomorrow. The recipe also overflowed in my oven from my 9x13 glass pan.
Sara says
Hi Sandi, I’m sorry that you had trouble with this recipe, for the future I would recommend doing a foil tent if it’s browning too much. Another fix is if the rest of the Cheesecake is okay, you can scrape the browned part off and frost the top and add berries. Also, with this recipe a at least inch pan is ideal. Thank you for coming back and commenting!

have you tried making this in a spring-form pan at all? I love the bar idea-- I am just particular to the standard cheesecake look!
